Zeuke-TT, what's new?

The mood is a bit gloomy regarding the future of TT.

The last 20 years there is a new sales channel created called the e-shop, which would be faster and cheaper. And yes all the traditional shops are losing ground. But not the specialized expensive shops, you do not buy a diamond ring that easy on the internet. Or the shops where you have to see the product yourself, like a car or a modell. Perhaps you buy it afterwards on the internet. At least TT is special.

But tell me, what would you do to make TT a more accepted possibility compared with H0. Would it not be nice that Atlas, Walther, Tillig, etc would announce every year 2 or 3 new models.

What could you do to achieve this?

Ciao,
Rob

Make models available and advertise EVERYWHERE!!!! In America (and I assume Canada) the only way to tell people about a product and sell it is to advertise.

@ConducTTor
I agree, we should have more models available. Tracks and models.

@Bernd
Is there an overview of regular fairs in the US? What is the best fair to be and what do you show on a fair?

Hi guys,

I will be on the NMRA in Cleveland at the stand of ConducTTor with prototypes of the new MTB tank car as can be seen in the picture. Remember that these are prototypes, desciptions on the tank, the colour of the tank car, certain details are still not quite finished. But it will give you an impression how it will be.

I will be there the 18th, 19th and probably the 20th of July.

Ciao,

Wow! That's excellent news - looks great. Good work, Rob, Vita et al.

A couple of little requests though: Please can we have more than one road number in each livery? At least three or four would be fantastic - more would be scary for my bank balance but really amazing!

Also please can you pick a decent box for them - it would be nice if they were in a nice plastic case like the Gold Coast Cars rather than some folded card affair that you can barely get the model out of without damaging the too-tight cardboard flap!

Cheers.

Regards, Bevis.

Tank cars, ed.

You all know my grey / black HOKX tank car in the banner. The reality will be blue, at least for the first batch of cars. These two cars will be sold as a set, with a price around 75$. For the start set based on the SW1200, we will have an different white Cargill tank car. This set will be available the end of October / beginning November.

On the fair in Leuna I stumbled upon a Russian tank car, quite similar to the US tank cars from the Fifthies. It is from Haedl. My question to you is the following:

Can this car with a different livery and couplings be changed to a US model? Understand that the measurements are fixed. I can not replace the dome or change its position.

Ciao,
Rob
