Looking in my Tillig Gleis-Katalog (worth owning) the article number for Tilligs TT-Advanced track system function tracks (Funktionsgleise) is
83149 - 166mm Straight railway siding (for digital handling)
Tillig also contact clips that hooks to the rail and has a solder eyelet, comes in a bag of 20 pieces, article number 85506. You could do a search with that number to see what they look like.
And last but not least Tillig has a 2 pole connection cable with a plug for functional tracks (length 890 mm, cable diameter 0.15 mm square) article number 08913
You could skip the above cable, I did an internet search for that function track and the picture also show a plug in cable

These clips are garbage. They come loose or they break with a stern look. You have to do some serious soldering, so might as well solder the wires directly to the rails.

At your Tillig Start Set should be the wire with the plug that fit.

Or you can solder the two wires onto the pads where the capacitor is soldered on.
