Working with resin kits

What do you guys use to clean resin parts and what glues do you use for them?

I usually clean them up by soaking them in some warm (not hot) water with some Dawn Dish soap. I let them soak and then hit them with a toothbrush and rinse them off.
For building I use ACC or 5 minute epoxy. ACC works for most stuff, if it needs extra strength I use the epoxy. And if I'm building something like a flat kit for a boxcar I reinforce the corners, I add a little glue block in each corner so it won't get knocked apart when I'm handling them. A deceased TT friend (Garn Smith) would use a piece of fabric in the corners and then soak it with ACC, he said that made it strong enough but I haven't tried it myself yet.
