You can always count on ferrets being a distraction.

Doing some more looking through our archives, we found a few more pictures of Zeke in Scranton, PA.

These photos are from the Electric City Trolley, which is across the parking lot from Steamtown, USA.

I think these are the last of the "hidden" photos of Zeke on his travels:

Zeke about to board the train at Steamtown USA (Scranton, PA).

Zeke inside of a caboose at the Railroader's Memorial Museum (Altoona, PA).

For those that are not aware, we have mostly completed the move from North Dakota to Georgia. All that is left is the furniture, the tractor and the fishing boat. At present time we are house hunting, but during the trip down, we made sure to stop at the Museum of Transportation in St. Louis, MO, which has quite an eclectic collection of locomotives and railcars. Lindsey was on hand to pose (while Zeke, Ernie and Bert are packed away).

I have to sort through and find the pictures on the camera card and on Photobucket, but here is the first few pictures of Lindsey with the world's largest tanker car, GATX# 96500, a whale of a car that was just over 96 feet, 7 and 5/8 inches long, and could carry 50,000 gallons at a time and rode on 4 4-wheel trucks, with a pair of trucks on each end connected by span bolsters.

Here is Lindsey:

Here is Nicholle (CaTTwoman281) and Natasha next to that leviathan of a railcar:

Here are some more photos of TT scale equipment mingling with 1:1 scale equipment at the Museum of Transportation of St. Louis, MO.

Here is Union Pacific "Big Boy" 4-8-8-4 #4006:

Here is Lindsey with Big Boy #4006 (the second Big Boy she has posed with and the third Big Boy I have photographed with TT equipment):

Plus, here is a bonus: a blurry photo of Natasha sitting in the engineer's seat of #4006 (the camera had a smudge on the lens that was not realized until after we left the area):Image

These pictures make me wish to have been there.

...especially the one with Natasha... :shifty:

Natasha was something else there. We tried getting a photo of her sitting down on the engineer's seat and holding the throttle lever of one of the other engines there, but the camera literally froze up on us.

She is a good companion animal to have.

Here are a few more photos of Lindsey at the Museum of Transportation in St. Louis, MO:

There is a narrow gauge 0-4-0 at the head of the parking lot at the "C-47" lot (named for the C-47 plane parked near the entrance), which is also the closest one to the bulk of the trains on display. This would be the first time Lindsey has posed with a locomotive of the same wheel arrangement:

We took some photos with a disposable camera of Lindsey with one of the two remaining Aerotrain locomotives. When we get those developed, they will be scanned and posted here.
