WANTED - Elevated Shanty

Postby Arseny » Thu Apr 09, 2015 6:32 pm

Sometime ago nice elevated shanty was available in TT from Coastal Engineering, later from Possum Valley.
I suppose it was a copy of the original Christoph model or so.

Does anybody have such building for sale or exchange?
I need one or two for my layout...

Thank you Bernd!

I am not a scratchbuilder... but... if I will not find this kit, I'll try!

Wow! O Scale magazine is awesome. Was there ever a TT magazine?

Arseny,

Building the stairs shown in the O-scale article at TT scale will definitely initiate you into the guild of certified scratch-builders!

Tom, could you find one unassembled, in good condition to be used as a master for resin casting?

Arseny,
I have one of the elevated shanties. It was built and painted, then is mostly dis-assembled. Maybe the adhesive used gave out. I think it is all there, except the telephone pole. Let me know if you want a picture.

Great!
I am ready to buy it; how much should I pay, and how much will be the shipping cost to Russia (the cheapest option)?
The photo will be good; but if it is difficult to you - no matter.

But if Jan is ready to make a resin copy - I agree to let him get this building, if I get 2 resin copies then (not free of charge, of course).
