Hello everyone,
I took a day trip today to the Depot Museum in Brodhead, Wisconsin.
They have The Milwaukee Road #781 just outside the old depot.
Took a few roof top photos today using a digital camera mounted on a tripod, taped to a tall wooden stick.
Using the camera time delay feature, I had 10 seconds to get this up in the air.
The locomotive is 14' 6" tall.

That is one pretty locomotive, and the method used to get them is rather genius.
Life is short, play with TT Scale Trains!

There is just something about those FM locos, a smoothness to their blocky form. Great pics, and of the roof also! Well done.

Please don't post cool locomotive pics. It makes me want to produce a kit. And I'm still "working" on a U boat

These are nice photos, and the technique to get them is great.
