This locomotive is Czech T669, it is very popular in Russia under the name ChME-3.

BTW, it is available in TT.

I think Albanians must say "thanks" to Enver Hoxha and Stalin, for their poorness.
Of course, you'll be poor if you build thousands of shelters, bunkers, pillboxes and other fortifications instead of plants or infrastructure!
Albania was the poorest socialist country!

To say more, Albania quarreled with ALL the socialist countries, not only with Soviet Union and satellites, but with China too! And lived in isolation for a years. Of course, they would be poor after that...

...Kim Il-sung was more clever and skilful...

Kim was a smart guy; Hoxha was an idiot.

Kim manipulated the USSR and China to get what he wanted without having to commit to either faction. Hoxha just said "screw you" to first Yugoslavia, then the USSR, then China.

There are widespread stories that suggest Hoxha was a bit imbalanced... such as one that says, during a meeting of the Politburo, some discussion happened about a soccer game, and Hoxha, disagreeing with one of the ministers, simply shot him on the spot...
