For some reason the state claimed that we were late on getting the test done, despite the same letter giving a due date several months down the road. So I was forced to write a check to get the truck registered, in contrary to the Soldier's and Sailor's Relief Act (federal law) to get the registration updated. In the "For" section of the check, I filled in "For the Funding of State Corruption".
