Well, I have done it again: I have found a way to shoehorn TT Scale into my college work again. This time it is in a discussion assignment on social deviance and online communities. Per the textbook definition of "deviance" being outside of normal behaviour(s), in relation to "conventional" model railroading that focuses primarily on HO and N scales, modeling in TT Scale would qualify as "deviance from the norm".
Life is short, play with TT Scale Trains!

I'm quite happy to be a social deviant in the interest of education!
