Well folks, it is time for the "post-mortem" of the 2020 World's Greatest Hobby on Tour in St. Paul, MN show for TT Scale:

The Good
The show itself was pretty well-organized, with ample time to setup and take down the display.
A decent variety of new accessories and equipment on sale, some of which was labeled for TT Scale.
Plenty of interest in TT Scale at the show, which has convinced Nicholle to pursue trying to put together a RTR set in TT Scale to be able to sell at shows in the future.

The Bad
The two locos that either were slightly damaged due to child influence (BR 107), or the rod gear jamming due to debris (HP 4-6-2).
Not much for older equipment for sale, which precluded some sales of TT Scale.
The St. Paul River Centre also shares space with a sporting event location, which made packing and loading a little more difficult than needed.
One Zeuke tanker car needed a regauge of a wheelset slightly.

The Ugly
The main ugliness was dealing with the failure of my truck's rear differential pinion bearing about half-way through the return trip. Fortunately we were not far from a repair shop so towing was not that expensive.

The Awesome
The new layout (38" x 72") worked quite well. Sure, some detail work needs completion and/or touch up, but the layout worked good.
The practice gained here for the NTS will prove invaluable.
Again, the interest in TT Scale was impressive.
Nicholle (CaTTwoman281) proved to be a fantastic salesperson for TT Scale. Perhaps we need to revisit the "Ms. TTnut.com" topic and make that her title.
Life is short, play with TT Scale Trains!

Oh, and one more Awesome thing from the trip:
On the way down to St. Paul we got to pace the eastbound Amtrak Empire Builder for a few minutes.
