So what do we setup?
Do we go for the same size and shape as VTE?

How much space is available? And, who operates the GuiTTar Case?

Is Voytek coming? His modules are a big part of the display.

Other than that, as big as we can. Can we have a long straight layout, Chilliwack style?

Yes, Voytek will attend.
Our straight Chilliwack layout needed the wall behind us. I think Western Rails puts vendors along the walls, not layouts.

I think there were a few Western Rails early on when we were along the north wall beside the partition curtain, when Mark was down from Edmonton? But I might be mixing memories up with VTE when that was at Cameron...

I like this set-up with the two long sidings and crossovers at either end. I allows for more interesting operation.

AS Jeremy (who runs Western Rails with his wife) asked what we were going to display, i submitted a modified version of VTE 2019.

It has been modified to be a full 16 feet wide, but is otherwise what we had a VTE. I expect that we will change things when we setup the display.

Just three short weeks away, there is still time to get equipment ready and perhaps fiddle with a module or two.

Guys, should we check with the organizers if they are canceling the show? This virus thing makes people make weird decisions.

There is nothing about cancellation on the Central Hobbies web page. It has a telephone number for the which I'll try Monday.

Last week I mentioned to Voytek and Graeme the possibility of no show, because they spend time and money to get here and back. If there is a show it would be no surprise to have poor attendance.
