Hey I'm very interested in this model. Can you give your opinion of it?

Thanks for the pics, I hadn't seen the inside of a Beckmann before.

Re: Beckmann TT-BR 120.1 chassis

Post by Gekom56 » Sat Aug 15, 2020 11:39 pm

Just recently I have purchased Beckmann TT, the chassis only, with the body from BTTB of BR 219 DR. The driving mechanism I find very solid and easy to maintain. I cleaned and lubricated all moving parts and it works faultlessly. As mentioned before to make a contact with Beckmann TT is rather time consuming but the message I received just recently from Mr. J,Beckmann was that he is currently on his holiday so I need to wait with my order of LOKGEHAUSE and KUPPLUNG. I dealt with Mr.J. Beckmann before in order to repair my other Beckmann TT model which is BR 95, plastic gear got cracked even the locomotive is not very often used.

Cheers
Jerzy
