This is the kind or nerdy pendantry (or pedantic nerdery) that makes my days brighter.

If there will be any action in March, it’d be good to put it in our calendars now!

Yay! March 18 and 19 are in my calendar now, with a few constraints. I can't be there on Friday for set-up. I will arrive early on Saturday morning and add my stuff. On Sunday the 19th I have to leave at 6. I have tix for the Studio Ghibli marathon at VIFF and on Sunday it's "The Grave of the Fireflies". Can't miss that.

Depending what time Friday you're setting up, I may be able to come by to help; I finish classes at 2:20 and BCSME isn't far from SFU. Saturday is unfortunately impossible, as that's when we've got the truck booked to empty my grandmother's apartment. Sunday should be fine unless my dad needs something.

So working with everybodys schedule.
Friday I should be there for set up at 5:30.
Xenia and I will setup the tables, setup a simple loop to loop display and do basic levelling.

Saturday I will pick up Terry with his Z21 at 10, aiming to be at the park to start at 11. Then the three of us: Tibi, Terry and myself will run trains all day. Stop around 5 with possibly a dinner somewhere if Terry is up to it.

Sunday start at 11 and run to 4. Tear down and pack up so Tibi can be off by 6.

That should give us enough time to test all our new equipment, get a few videos of the new Hornby equipment running and BS to catch up on events.

Bill
