2103 is a Clyde/GM Australian ML3 model, a 'stretched' F7 design with A1A + A1A trucks built for 'local' use in Sydney but also exported to Pakistan under the Colombo Plan. It was even named 'City of Adelaide'.Marquette wrote:Pakistan - Pakistan Railways
? class (Mehano Blue Tiger - kitbashed, single front window on the cabs; 1676mm/5'6" gauge)
Has a 1500hp 567B motor, and a bulldog nose but slightly lower and 3" narrower than the US F7 nose. This is what it's based on:
Despite appearances, these locos don't have much in common with E units. It's far closer to the NOHAB GMs and internally is very much the same. NOHABs are just Clyde ML2s - the double ended Australian variant - with the nose lowered a bit for better vision and body adjusted for European loading gauges.
If you wanted to build the Pakistan unit, the NOHAB chassis is exactly right.
The other units are an RSC3 and an Alco DL500.
