I consider it to be very probable that this car has a corresponding prototype.
The brake man's platform surely has not. I've never heard of any freight car with brake man's platform which was built later than in the 1970'ies. But the tarpaulin covered flat cars did not come up before the 1980'ies. So it won't fit.

Here I found another one. This was came in the set 01338 (from Tillig) consisting of 3 cars the same type for 3 different State Railways.

Accidentally I have discovered that 3 V36 locomotives are still in use in France today, by heritage railroads.
