Passenger & freight cars
A few freight cars have been released over the years in SNCF versions; for others, many of the existing models can be repainted or kitbashed. For passenger cars, in the 1950s and early 1960s - the ideal time period to model the SNCF in TT given locomotive availability - many cars of German design/manufacture were used, and many of these types are available in TT.

A small number of French-prototype rolling stock is or has been available in RTR form from various manufacturers, the majority of which is era III, thus suitable for the 1950s and 1960s.

The only passenger car (so far) is an ex-German three-axle compartment car, which was produced by BTTB (and possibly Tillig?).

Five freight cars are known (to me) for era III:

Ommps ep III Tillig (gon - no pic found yet)

Lw ep III BTTB 4133:

Tw ep III Tillig 14231:

Wine car ep III Tillig (yes, these really did have a prototype!):

4-axle tank car "Primagaz" ep III BTTB 5413:

Three cars are suitable for the 1970s to early 1990s (eras IV and V), and one for the 1990s to the current time (era V):

Some more SNCF ready-to-run from WESA and Rokal might be available through ebay

I am afraid that WESA locomotives are not compatible with any other TT-scale stuff - they are 13mm gauge, not 12mm, so they will not work on Tillig, BTTB, Rokal, HP, TriAng or any other rails... :(

They would need only new wheels or modification of the original. Rokal locomotives may also need new wheels because they can run only on Rokal rails. And Lionel locomotives can not run on any rails at all without new wheels :)
So this would be only a minor problem.
The scale is a bigger problem, it is 1:100.

I haven't got any WESA locomotive, but when looking at http://img.auctiva.com/imgdata/1/5/7/2/ ... 7415_o.jpg it seems to me that it should be able to run on 12 mm too.

To be accurate - Rokal can run on Tillig's RAILS well. They can't run on modern TURNOUTS. :)

Arseny that is not quite right. I actually have two Wesa locomotives the UP turbine and the SNCF locomotive both 12mm gauge they run on triang track but the oversized flanges rub on the rail chairs slightly. Incidently the are labelled as TT gauge on the box

I consider it to be very probable that this car has a corresponding prototype.
The brake man's platform surely has not. I've never heard of any freight car with brake man's platform which was built later than in the 1970'ies. But the tarpaulin covered flat cars did not come up before the 1980'ies. So it won't fit.

Accidentally I have discovered that 3 V36 locomotives are still in use in France today, by heritage railroads.

and also 2 locomotives by Chemin de fer touristique des Hautes Falaises
