Powering Bedding Track
I have a Tillig Starter set but also have a white z21 box with loco and freight. I am considering buying bedding track and constructing the "Breitungen" layout in the Gleispläne brochure. How do I power the bedding track ?

There are a few options for you, there is the option of using the terminal joiners, which have leads running off of them, or you can CAREFULLY drill into the bedding from below and solder wires directly to the bottom of the rails.

You could also buy an Anschlussgleis and remove the anti-interference capacitor.

Re: Powering Bedding Track
Thanks. Guys.
I really need to take the plunge and get on with this.
Next step is a base board - planning on cobbling together something from 9mm ply wood on top of some Ikea table legs.
I have decided on a flat layout initially and can try something more complex later on.

The starter set should have this supplied already.TheKnighTT wrote: ↑Wed Feb 10, 2021 4:24 amYou could also buy an Anschlussgleis and remove the anti-interference capacitor.
