NEWS 2021 not from Nuremberg

Post by TheKnighTT »

With Corona still a thing, the Nuremburg Toy Fair 2021 has been cancelled. Still it is the time of year for the new announcents. Tomorrow Tillig will announce their new items and I would like to share with you some of the news announced so far. Please comment if this is interesting for you at all or if your just waiting for Zeuke-TT to announce their 50`Boxcar and the Caboose.

Arnold
https://uk.arnoldmodel.com/catalogue/tt ... UaFnc3XfNw
Announced the ferry boat reefer in Era II to IV late last year and announced the German class 58, the prussian G12, another 2-10-0. This model has been wished by German TT-modellers for a long time.

Art&Detail
Has announced 3 North American Steam Engines (0-8-0, 2-8-0,2-8-2) in a modular system in this forum, more on that later in February wrote Michael. Also announced 2 background buildings, a brick factory and a warehouse.

Artitec
https://artitec.nl/wp-content/uploads/2 ... 210127.pdf
Nothing TT this year, but beautiful stuff. Some of the harbor stuff might be useable for TT.

Auhagen
https://auhagen.de/csdata/download/1/de ... ng_782.pdf
Unfortunately, not much this year. A small house for a railwayman and variants of East German Multicar small truck.

Busch

http://www.busch-model.com/download/pro ... 1-news.pdf
Watch carefully if it´s available in TT as well. But a lot of East German Farm Equipment. And a new 2-axle stake car and the first 2 1/2 feet narrow gauge cars.

Fischer
Nothing yet announced

Haedl
Late last year the 2-axle fish transport box car has been announced. Nothing new for 2021 yet, but due to come.

Kuehn
Issued the following statement "With shops still closed and the Nuremberg Toy Fair cancelled, Kuehn has rescheduled the announcement of new items as well as the publication of the new catalogue to later this year" (my translation)

Lok´n Roll
https://www.lok-n-roll.de/produkt-kateg ... 52f3c22ed6
We discussed the new passenger car truck, and I found a new dumpster as a photo etched kit.

MKB

https://www.mkb-modelle.de/images/content/neuheiten.pdf
Laser cut models from Hamburg

Noch
https://media.noch.de/filestore/1/7/2/8 ... 1a8b4c.pdf
As with Busch, watch carefully if the items are available in TT as well.

Piko
https://www.piko.de/KAT_PDF/99421.pdf
Another steam engine, this time East German class 83.10, a 2-8-4 tank engine. Look for yourself on the variants with the newer engines. The Kaluga switcher comes in 2 variants, one for Russian RZD. And another 2-axle box car, this one being the earlier variant to the one Haedl and Tillig make.

Preiser

Nothing yet announced, but it´s difficult to get a hold onto their models as it is. So no need to announce some more that you can´t buy.

Roco
https://www.roco.cc/de/news/catalogs/index.html
Rumour has it that everything has to be ordered before the end of February. Nothing really new, but the chance to buy some of the models again.

Zeuke-TT

Announced 5 ready to roll 2-bay hoppers in cooperation with Fischer.

There might be more. I´m not that familiar with Eastern European Producers.

Lady Edith added Roco.

NEWS 2021 from Lok'n'Roll

Post by MacG »

We from Lok'n'Roll have no new products to announce. Because it isn't foreseeable when ongoing projects will be available. When a product is ready for production or rather for sale, it will be offered to everyone in the online store, as before. As you can see it, at the new dumpster - a large waste container - and the Passenger Car trucks. Keep an eye on our RSS shop feed and you won't miss any news.

Maybe it will work out with a trade fair this year. Let's see how this year develops.

Stay healthy and happy crafting!
Lok-n-Roll.de - we send worldwide

The G12 is a cool choice, I wonder if Arnold will end up making Polish and Austrian versions, too, I'm sure there'd be a market for those... (doubt they'll do French, Luxembourg, Bulgaria, USSR, or Yugoslavia, but one could always repaint...)

Busch, some of the modern industrial buildings and those silos could certainly work in a North American setting, I think.

And although it's HO, I'm really tempted to get that Trabant billboard.

Hilarious that they made a figure set from that photo of a naked guy chasing a wild boar...
