Lok-n-Roll makes a drive for the GP38-2 from shapeways. I can ask for the dimensions. It based on the GP-9 chassis.
Lok-n-Roll.de - we send worldwide

The body- if you see a gap between the cab and body, that's my fault! I didn't make sure it was pushed down before I started taking pics!

The small pieces in the pic with the fuel tank are for mounting lighting LED's on to the chassis.
Sorry the pics aren't the greatest.

As Paris Hilton would say - that's hot. I got mine a few days ago. Haven't had a chance to do anything with it yet. Still trying to sort out chassis solutions for my U Boat and......this :)

I believe right now they're only available to a few people who are trying to come up with a chassis that can be used by the masses.

They will be for sale as soon as I get stocked up- the first batch has been sold, but more are coming, and I'm waiting on additional etches for them as well. I'm hoping to have more by the end of the month. Society members (that have paid dues) will have first shot, when those orders are filled we can take some orders from non members..

Very very good shells. I had mine inspected by one of the top diesel experts in the country - for real. It doesn't get more accurate as far as specific version of a prototype.

Ideally it will be someone here in the US or Canada so we don't have to deal with overseas shipping and currency conversions. A fabricated universal drive similar to the bull ant concept shouldn't be too hard to design using modern technology. There should off the shelf products suitable for almost all the parts , only problem is finding someone that knows what they are doing and interested in taking on the job..DaveB
