I have noticed the same problem myself.

They use "protected" (SSL-encrypted) connection on their web-site, but their SSL-certificate have expired. I suppose, they forgot to renew it.

It could be the problem, if you make some online payments on that site, send them some secret data or something else like that. In this case somebody - in theory! - could intercept your data.

But if you simply want to browse the site, check any news and look on the locomotives and cars, just press the button "I understand the risk, ignore it and go to the site" in your browser (or something else like that)

Currently the same problem. The certificate was renewed last week but isn't available. Therefore, the maintenance mode is until the provider integrates the certificate.

Further downtimes will follow shortly, since here in Germany the value-added tax will be temporarily reduced from July 1st and the shop will have to be changed accordingly.

I got an invoice from them and a notification of shipping with a tracking number, 13 days ago, but the tracking number is not found when I try looking on DHL or Canada Post website, and I can't use the Deutsche Post website because it wants the date that the package was mailed (which is stupid, and the reason they give for it is ridiculous, because *no* other postal or shipping service needs anything more than the tracking number)...

If I remember correctly when checking on packages arriving from Germany, DHL has two different sites, one for express the other for packet. All mine was packet, when on the express site it did say not found.

The Deutsche Post is only responsible for tracking registered mail, goods mail and other special letters.

Track it here with DHL https://www.dhl.de/en/privatkunden.html

I believe your package is waiting for a flight across the Atlantic. Keep in mind that transport time is much longer during the COVID crisis. Because there are far fewer aircraft in the sky.

I just looked at the tracking website, and Canada Post has the package out for delivery... in Montreal! I called Canada Post, and they told me that the package is labelled with an address in Montreal... I don't know anyone there!! D:

I've sent an email to Mike to inquire, but I know the Lieferadresse on the invoice is correct.

Did I just lose €350??

I checked the electronic label at DHL: It says Vancouver BC, with your zip code. I hope Canada Post is now putting it on the right track.

In the worst case, the package is insured.
