Yup, it works from my computer. Could it be a tablet vs. laptop issue?

what OS do you have in Mac? Maybe this will be the problem. My Ipad is the V8.1 only ( no upgrade is possible for this HW), while the recent version is already over V11.

I'm on the latest 10.15.5. I rarely use my iPad - I'll check to see what happens when I use that.

That would be really weird...I mean, they're just images...wtf could be being done to them on one OS vs another? However, as unlikely at it is, it seems that it may be the issue.

It looks like there is an incompatibility issue with the older Ipad FW (FW V8.1). ( it makes sense , I also lost my account in my favorite web shop when they upgarded to the new version). Unfortunatelly I cannot upgrade my Ipad..... I just do not know why those major companies do such "upgrades" which practically downgrade the interoperatibility. ( I had a same issue with Adobe pdf creator. All PDF files are working on my 7 computers, but are unreadable on newer devices. I need an online pdf to pdf converter for my friends with newer FW or devices.)

Yeah it's some incompatibility with the older software version. My iPad is on the latest OS and I have no issues. Unfortunately that's life. I still have a Windows machine running XP just because of some programs I use that don't work on anything newer.

I have a similar problems. i cannot upgrade the Ipad, as this HW is not supported. My camera control Apps are not working on the newer Ipad, and I have 6 special cameras. ...... :-) I am hesitating what to do. Just because the few new PHP conflicts I will probably never change my Ipad, the cameras are more important.
I just do not understand those SW developers, who does not take in consideration that there are basic data formats like PDF, JPG, PNG, TXT etc and simple ignore those facts that somebody may have a huge collection of such pictures or documents and the new SW versions cannot read them anymore. We really need to keep for ever our old hardware to be able to open those files! We can read few hundred years old books and work with them but we have a problem to read the 4-5 years old electronic documents of any format, just because the ignorance of few decision makers. And if the new version cannot support the older formats, they should include the automatic conversion plug-ins to keep the continuity.
