I talked with Bill Dixon, so he can sort out the details. Your modules, and Voytek's, can be swapped into the planned layout, or if space allows, the layout can be extended. I just hope we get chairs. Never enough chairs.

We will be happy to have you there.
Another body to setup/teardown and run the display will be good.
If I am there during the show I will be working and on light duty.

If your modules are ready to use, there is space for them.
There are at least seven modules that can be replaced and of course we can go one module longer.

We have enough name tags. Might be a good idea to bring a folding chair.

A question to all participants: should we decide on a place for dinner on saturday 5th? The "on the fly" thing last year was not ideal, although the place Tibi 'dragged' us was very nice. If we decide on a restaurant we should also book a table.
So, who is in and where? (I'm not familiar with the area around the PNE!)

My suggestion this time would be CRAFT Beer Market at olympic village, I love this place!

I am in.

There is a cluster of interesting places a few blocks east of the PNE around Hastings x Nanaimo:
  • Red Truck - diner
  • Tacofino - tacos+
  • The Brighton - pub fare
  • Campagnolo Roma - the Italian place I "dragged" you to last year
  • Laksa King - Burmese
  • Tamam - Middle Eastern
  • Le Petit Saigon - Vietnamese greasy spoon
  • Blowfish - excellent sushi

I am voting for Tacofino.

Saturday is the Meet banquet and I may Have to be there.
Friday night is clear for me. The Craft Beer Market is nice if a bit pricey and busy.

No doubt the whole TTNut community worldwide waits to learn where we'll eat. Not. Suggest PMs.

I'll be there (barring any unforeseen work calls), and I don't really care where we go eat so long as there's meat and beer available!

Terry, thank you for your input on that matter! But the forum here is way better than sending PM all over the place. And it's not like I'm asking for someones prefered brothel
