Does anyone manufacture a TT re-railer?

I think Tillig or the old BTTB line made one. Sort of a ramp that tapers to the rails.

Tillig makes 2 different: one for the normal track https://www.tillig.com/dateien/Produkte/TTModellbahnen/Zubeh%C3%B6r/Sonstiges/07910.jpg
