TT Scale Excitement

Postby AstroGoat760 » Sat Jan 17, 2015 1:02 pm

I found this to be rather humorous, so I figured that I should share it.

Over the last few weeks, I have finally gotten around to unpacking and running some of my model trains, and until I found the box containing some TT track (the display layout is currently apart for rework), the trains run have been HO, N, S, L, and O. Each time Terry saw the trains running, he would ask about when the TT scale trains would run.

When I finally setup a temporary loop of TT track (BTTB in this case), and ran various TT scale locos, to include some Tri-Ang, some HP, and my MTB fleet, boy did Terry ever get excited, especially when he got to run his MTB SW1200 SOO Line loco.

I am quite sure that we have an up and coming TT'er on our hands...

I am beginning to think that my husband had an ulterior motive when he suggested that Terry's first and last initials are "TT".

Brain washing?

Who needs to brain wash someone, when trains will do the job nicely, and easily?

The scale of trains however matters greatly

Or in our case, scales. However TT is definitely the preferred one. If I had to pare down to two scales, it would be S and TT, if only one, then just TT.

Trains (of all scales) are VERY important in our house.
