TT scale building (and new manufacturer)

Could not find "TT scale 2016 new models" so I put it here.

Russian old station building made by "Znak" Workshop - small Russian manucacturer, who makes some TT- and H0-scale buildings.

The model is made after the Gorskaya railway station near Saint-Petersburg.
The station was opened in 1894.
It was (and is) a popular suburban railroad line leading to seashore health resort.
For today, the station building is used as a shop (I mean store, market - not workshop)

Nice building I visited the original many years ago!

Is there any chance to get one building? Maybe I can place it on my layout. What is the used material? What is the size?

It is made of polystyrene.
The size of H0-scale model is 160*70 mm, so I suppose TT-scale is 116*51 mm, approximately.

If you need, I can try to buy one (or more?) kit for you, if they are still available. I suppose that price will be $15-$20 , but I must ask the manufacturer to be precise. Add Paypal fees - 10-15% (payment fee, currency exchange and bank transfer fee, to get the cash), and postal fee (I do not know the weight so I can't say anything but I hope it will not be too expensive). Is it ok?

Another one diorama with that building. Typical scene for the 1950s, including old 2-axle passenger railroad car, including typical for the rural regions KaVZ-651 bus (1949-1973) and "Moskvich" car (1946-1956, copy of the German 1938 Opel Kadett)

BTW, do you plan to build American or Russian layout? If you want to build Russian station (and a village near it) consider Russian summer houses made by "Lak-Standart", Saint Petersburg company.

They are declared as H0, but seem too small for H0, they seem to bee 1:100 appoximately (the door is approx. 18.5 mm tall) so I suppose they can work as TT.

Thanks

Basically I do not want to tie my layout to any railroad. It is rather some collection of my memories of railways around the world (I visited railways in almost 100 countries of the world). If something fits to our TT layout why not to place there . It is a free lance theme and I am the designer. :-).. ( I have an US module logging layout in H0).

I think those summer houses could work pretty well in certain North American settings, too!
