In January (2010) they planned to produce it in 2011.

But the flatcar is available:

and also flatcars (gons?) from Norkin-model:

There is no UAZ-452 in TT. Only UAZ-469 by Pavlas (http://ap-modely.wz.cz/) :

I've heard something about ukrainian plans to produce GAZ-69, but today it is not available.

You can try to use "wargame" 15 mm models, they are approximately 1:100:

(I did not purchase anything there and can not tell you about the quality of this model)

The beginning where the train is running at speed through the country side is amazing. I need a freaking warehouse.........

Another new model is a special edition of Tillig's class 189. The model wears the first "Railion" logo and a holland livery with a big "bib", a big white face. It's also fitted with the new style number. 189 066-4 as known became 9180 6 189 066-4 D-DB. And Tillig put the correct home station on the side (Nuremberg, the first DB-189 was marked as based in Hamburg). ;)
Unfortunately this model is only available through subscribing to a shitty TV guide - but the price is fair. 65 Euros for a one year subscription, and the model was free. Usually you pay double the price for a class 189.
Enough talking, here are 2 pics.

The Russian tanker looks like the Peresvet's one.

The second set of tanks look to be Tillig's. The cad drawing showing the underside of the trucks shows them to be of Tillig design.
