Here's another place that looks reasonable and has TT figures- areond $20 for 100 figures and they're painted.
It looks like they're all the same pose, but you can soften them with a candle or heat from a soldering iron to bend them,
if they're plastic like Preiser or Merten.

I added people to some of my coaches . I used the chinese made sitting figures available from many cut price ebay shops for around $10 for 100 figures or from one dealer a few weeks back 500 figures for $15. Although not quite 1:120 scales the sitting figures seem to fit quite well and the poor paint jobs look ok behind the windows. The figures are available on ebay from a number of dealers selling model rail items.
