Tri-Ang Locomotive Shed

Tri-Ang Locomotive Shed

Here are some photos of my Tri-Ang Locomotive Shed. (Model T.34)

The shed is 35/8" wide, 31/2" tall, and roughly 43/4" long.

There are two tracks in the shed (although one of the track sets in mine is missing), and the shed is long enough for the 0-6-0 Tri-Ang steam locomotives, and the 6 wheel diesel locomotive. In order to accomodate the bigger Tri-Ang engines, two of these will have to be placed end-to end, although in that case, the couplers will stick out, so three would be recommended if one is trying to put a "large" Tri-Ang engine into a shed, although for a bigger engine, putting a larger engine into a roundhouse makes more sense....

This shed is for Type "A" track, which has plastic clips on it to hold the track together, much like the crappy roadbed track that many manufacturers make for HO and N gauges now...
