There is an Amtrak station there, if you want you can watch Amtrak's Auto-Train.

Folkston, Georgia is roughly 40 miles to the north, and is famous for the Folkston Funnel, a point where almost all of CSX freight traffic headed in or out of Florida passes through. There is a park set up to watch trains day and night. There are around 60 or more trains that pass through each day. The CSX Juice Train is a frequent sight there.

So, what is bringing you to Florida?

I would recommend going to the Kennedy Space Center, near Orlando, if you can. There is a lot of interesting space related museum peices there, and if memory serves, the Vehicle Assembly Building is currently available for tours. There is also a mockup of the shuttle orbiter called Explorer there as well.

Too bad. I'm back at work by that time. I don't live in Florida, but any excuse to travel is a good one.
