Okay, you've found the right page. I couldn't find it. Click left on "guided tour enquiry" at your link and you will see, what I'm mean. The English link doesn't work.

The Modellbahnshop-Sebnitz has this year no special sale. But there are some special offers and discounts.

Rainy weather for the next five days :( So you can hope, it gets better next week.

Does Tillig allow photos to be taken at the factory?

I'm sure I'll find out when I get there. If I can take pictures, rest assured I'll post some here.

Should any of you wonder what LVG1 refers to, this is the situation from about 3 hours ago. The waters continue to rise...

I watched as these Ludmillas were lined up, one on each pier, then left in that position. I've seen similar pictures from the 2002 floods. Does anyone have any idea what purpose putting these locos in these positions serves?

I've seen railroads do the same thing here in the US in high water situations, evidently the extra weight on the bridge can help stabilize it somehow. I'll have to ask a bridge engineer I know the next time I see him, I'm sure he can explain it.

Yes, it helps to stabilize the bridge.

The vertex of the flood is announced for tomorrow. I think it comes later, tomorrow noon is the vertex in Děčín at the Czech Republic.

I've also taken some photos today with a borrowed camera.
Unfortunately, the download cable will be available only tomorrow (hopefully).
