Richard, sounds good, depending on my shifts.
I wont attend the Tillig meeting, I have to work.

Doesn't a visit in VW's manufactury need a reservation? As far as I know, the guided tours (non-guided is not allowed) are fully booked for months in advance.

There are lots of museums in Dresden. It would be overreaching to list all of them.
If you are technically oriented, I'ld suggest two things.
  • There are four museums in the Zwinger. The picture gallery "Old Masters" (which MacG suggested) is only one of them.
Another one is the "Mathematical-Physical Salon". It has recently been reopened after major renovation. I've been there several years ago. It's very interesting.

    (tram and bus station "Postplatz" trams numbers 1, 2, 4, 8, 9, 11 and 12; bus number 94)
  • The "Technical Collections" near "Pohlandplatz" (trams numbers 4 and 10; bus number 61) are also very exciting. That's a "Must See" in my eyes.

Rosis is only one thing.
In Dresden's Neustadt almost every second house hosts a bar or restaurant or something like that. There you can find bars of (almost?) all kinds. Every taste will be served there...

A reservation is an advantage, because of the events at this location. He can write at the Custumer Care Center. I think a good time is the 4. to 12. June.

Say gents, it all sounds good. I haven't visited the VW factory yet.

At the moment I'm in Bad Harzburg. Man, the weather is bad!

In Dresden it's not a whit better.
Reminds me of Great Britain...

May be, it would be more senseful to offer a link to the English version...
