Yes, they were changed http://web179.webgo24-server13.de/dr-bahn/neu/v75/media/images/7-75-019.jpg
The illuminated numbers can be found on many CKDs locomotives from 1950-1960's, incl. one steam engine type.
It was their design feature, probably inspired by North American locomotives.

The second picture is actually a T458. It was bigger.

Oh, that's not so difficult.

First search for something which a lot of photos exist of. (I usually use the term "doppelstockgliederzug".) Somewhere between the results you will find a link to Google's picture search. Click on it.
I'm sure, it will also be possible to address the picture search directly, but I've not yet taken care of this possibility.

Then simply type into the search line what you're searching for. If you have only a few numbers or short abbreviations, you'll probaly find a lot of things which you don't need. So make your search more specific. If you search for a locomotive type, you can put the term "series" in the prototype's language in front of the series number. In German "series" means "Baureihe". In Austria the term "Reihe" is preferred. The Czech term is "řada". (So for instance you can search for "rada 720".)
Sometimes—but not always—it can be helpful to add the name or abbreviation of the railroad company or manufacturer.

When you have the results, click on the photo of your choice. On the next screen there will be a menu column on the side. There's a link to the website with this picture. And there's a link to the picture in full size. Click on picture in full size. If the access to this photo is not limited by the host, you will now get your picture.
Copy the URL from the address line and paste it between the "img" tags offered by this board.

!!!Always use the preview!!! :!:
 Some URL's won't work. Especially Wikipedia very often uses URL's containing non-ASCII signs. If this is the case, you will have to find out, how to transscribe these special signs into ASCII corresponding sign combinations. :problem:
On Wikipedia you can use the source code of the article what your photo is about. Of course, you will have to search a little. Most browsers can show the source code. But it's different where you find this function.

Just try it!
