A copy of this issue was included in those conversion kits.
I don't know if there are conversion kits still available. But at least there is a chance to find some and get a TEE train in TT scale this way.

Google can find it

I've seen this kit before. It looks like it requires a TON of work and is very rare. I hope Kres makes a model (since it's their specialty in the prototype world).

Didn't think anyone would miss me. Still not sure I'm really interested in things again, but got a message from a board member so I decided to look in... and figured that hey, I have some possibly useful knowledge here, so I'd reply...

Thanks, guys.

Yeah, I know about it, and I intend to get one before the end of the year as soon as funds will allow, because I promised I'd get at least one. If nothing else I'll make it into a BC Hydro unit to just have... I've pretty well lost my interest in the railway hobby, but one never knows, maybe once I have the thing in my hands...

Yeah, Marquette:

I was about ready to dump the model railroader "thing" after almost 60 years in the hobby. TT was sort of my last stand. I too "promised" to buy an MTB sw900/1200. I "honored" my promise and bought two--an SP unit and an "undecorated" unit. I then started to build my own PFE reefer cars fleet. Now I'm afraid that I'm addicted to TT. I'm "all in."

Welcome back--but be careful Marquette!
