Cloning a mammoth? I am waiting until they start farming mammoth for nice mammoth steaks and jerky.

I never tasted elephant meat :) but I know that some people eat it.
As I know you can taste it in some restaurants in Africa or Asia (Thailand, etc.)

Very interesting, and something I always thought would be cool to do when I first heard about cloning.

I remember a sci-fi TV show in the fifties about a group of scientists who found a frozen baby Mammoth that they were able to thaw and revive.

It's almost truth. :)
There is a "Baby mammoth Dima" found in 1977, in excellent condition:
