My friend recently gave me two boxes of old ho equipment to sell for him. this loco came unboxed with no markings at all on the outside and inside of tender. for you guys that modeled ho, any info would be appreciated.

What is that brass looking fitting sticking out from the front of the tender? It looks like part of a universal joint, is the motor located in the tender? If so, it could be an important point in determining the origin of the loco. Too bad the tender frame is so warped, probably from "zinc pest".

There's a good Yahoo group for old HO, it's called Yardbird Trains..
I'd bet someone there could I D them.
