At the risk of going on a tangent, if memory serves, Drake is the closest town to that elevated hopper coaling setup, but it is not like it is in the town itself, it is outside of it by a number of miles.

At Xenia, Ohio the Pennsy had a trestle with chutes on it... a loaded hopper car would be pushed up there, and coal would be loaded into a locomotive like that.

Here is a elevated hopper and here with a trestle. A second one with trestle.
