The safest way to buy models in the USA

Which way do you prefer to buy models?
Do you think it's safe?

One guy offers me a good deal on HP models, but i can't find the safe way to send him money and be sure to get models from him.
Do you have any ideas how I can do that?

Don't you mind if I talk about the theme of this thread? ))) I think, the best power supply for any layout is the one for PC's.
