These are the H0 cars in the picture!
The over-sprayed roofs I know only from the modern box cars from the 70s. I don't see any paint mist on the edges of the GTW roof. At most a very light one.

Re: Resource for old container photos?
There is not much on railpictures.ca either. Only these two pictures I found there.

A bit confusing, but still a very interesting website: matts-place.com.
I'll stay tuned.

I always enjoy it when I see it and think of the day when I was allowed to use it here in Germany.
@Bill: These frogs have probably lost the factory connection to the outer rails.

Re: Anyone know CMR products and Netzlof decals?
Alreibel is right. These days, the print should look much better. Even with DLP resin printers below $500, it shouldn't be a problem. But you should pay attention to a stable Z-axis. Otherwise, I still see carelessly placed support structures on the model. With better quality, I would definitely be ...

Re: TT vs Hon3
You could make something out of the reefer from Grandt Line. It only needs to be made narrower. The resin hopper car kit made by Funaro & Camerlengo also looks promising. The Maisto tank car fits TT very well, the one from Taurus Products is just too big. This could be a stationary tank for an o...

What a beautiful railroad layout place! How will you polarize the frog when you set the turnouts with Caboose Industries Ground Throws? Or have you opted for Ground Throws with contacts?
