Re: Video of the Day

Thank you for finding it, a Main Line Trestle Bridge in Canada. Mission is known to me, through one of the towing companies of "Highway Thru Hell".

Re: Video of the Day

Yes. This is a mind-blowing layout. The ferry and the truck are radio-controlled models. It's always nice to watch the train traffic.

@Bill Dixon: Are there no more wooden trestles in Canada that trains roll over every day? But it is still the case in your neighboring country.

One "foot" after the other, uh two. That looks good.

Re: TT-Tracks

How about an adjustable 3rd rail? With a long series of parallel stepper motors or something similar.

The DHL Service Premium means: The parcel with this service is given priority and always transported by the fastest route. Your parcel always takes the next possible flight or truck to the destination and is also given priority in the destination country. This means it reaches its destination much f...

Re: Canadian PS-1 look-a-likes

The first car is out of the series CPAA 89910-89980 and was originally also green. The cars were before privately owned. Leased by Pullman Transport Leasing to Spruce Falls Power & Paper Company from Ontario. I like the original paint scheme. It would be a novelty if a privately owned car is mas...

Re: Canadian PS-1 look-a-likes

@dileTTante: the blog is about boxcars with the AAR design. The only useful part is the link to CN Lines.

Perhaps one of you has the relevant issues of CN Lines. Unfortunately, I can't help you with the Railroad Model Craftsman. The 90s are a gap in my collection.

Re: Zeuke-TT, what's new?

I didn't write that you should start with the 6-foot door. It's nice that you think of our Canadian friends. By the way, the GC CN Steel Boxcar was a very sought-after model here in Europe. I'm looking forward to the models with the 8ft wide door. If the prices of the GC models had been ad...

Re: Zeuke-TT, what's new?

@TheKnighTT: But there are some photos of the CP cars from Alberta, Ontario, and Manitoba. Which not only suggests border traffic. @Rob: It's nice that they're not completely excluded. However, the roof and end walls are already visible differences from the GC Steel boxcar. If you take the CP 268800...

Re: Canadian PS-1 look-a-likes

I take a look at my Railroad Modeler Craftsman collection.

Without the look-a-likes, there will be few to no variants for the Canadian routes. And the NSCs don't seem that far removed from the PS-1s to me.
