If you plan to buy other models of this prototype (M62), look for the Roco model, because the Tillig model is really old and outdated, technically and optically wise.

They are ALL Chinese - nothing is made in Germany (or US) any more. That's not true. Tillig does have an own production line in their factory in Sebnitz, and they run a factory just opposite the border in the Czech Republic.
