Re: New Items for 2023
Your last sentence is the key here. They buy it because there's no other option. But if they DIDN'T buy it and all the feedback was "no freelance", then maybe prototypical models would be made. This is not just for MAV but all customers. Hence my previous comment: customers don't demand p...

Re: New Items for 2023
One thing excites me: the HŽ mail car.
A couple things have me enthused: more MÁV era IV/V freight stock, in the Es and Tcs.
And one thing to make me laugh: continuing the BTTB tradition, an unprototypical baggage car in MÁV colours.

Probably better to get proper ones printed.TheKnighTT wrote: ↑Fri Jan 27, 2023 2:49 am https://www.tillig.com/Downloads.html
I'm unsure if it might be possible to turn the Prussian coaches into North American prototypes or if I should channel that energy into getting someone to print me some proper Canadian Pacific heavyweights.

Oh wow I would love to make it out to that... doubt if I'll be able to pull it together (classes in summer semester) but hope it's a great success!

BR Class 25/3 from ALD Models
So looks like ALD Models is taking "expressions of interest" in a Class 25/3 in TT scale, they've got a video of a prototype model (with sound!) up. Fits my area of interest, though a few years later than my chosen period, but was around pre-TOPS so I'll express interest... https://aldmode...

66 will come later - maybe at Nuremberg? As for the 08 - the Dutch and Danish ones are actually Class 11... is it close enough? I dunno. ISTR though that the Swedes did (briefly) have some 08s.
