I have a sense that Piko did these, but in N. They were done out of coloured molded plastic. Cheap, but not that bad.

No, I meant the prototype - these are cars specially painted for the Moscow-Pyongyang service (the one via Beijing; the other via Tumangang just carries a North Korean sleeper as a through car).

Sorry don't know . . . but the hostess looks like Rosa Klebb from Goldfinger. Watch out for her shoes.
