It's very close to being finished but it won't work for this locomotive without changes.

If you use a Hollywood Foundry kit, get "The Mechanism Kit - 4 axle". You will need one power kit for each locomotive. Do not order the Mechanism kit until you get the Alco shells. The instructions will have the proper dimensions you will need for the power trucks. For TT scale motors, I use the Mashima 1024 motors.

Just got my units (super fast shipping from Elmer). A few pics of what you get (totally worth it in my opinion). Also, a quick check shows that a basic shortening of my U Boat chassis should do the job for power.

The pictures look pretty good, how do I go about ordering the kit, or are they all sold out? What was the final cost?

The photo shows the trucks with 3 axles each, but the 4 axle kits have 2 axles on each truck.
