Those are not wings. They are wind turbine blades.

From the Danish title, "mill wings".

They are called windmill wings in Danish.
The interesting point on it was that this was the first time Vestas shipped them by rail (finally).

So Vestas is finally up to date.

Enercon (the largest German rival of Danish Vestas) has used railroad to transport their parts of wind energy plants for years. For that they even have an own railroad company (with only one locomotive, as far as I know).

Not Vestas fault. It is the government who makes railroad transport expensive and road transport cheap in Denmark :) The tax for using the state-owned tracks in Denmark is one of the highest in Europe while all state owned freeways are free of charge.
You can also see in the video, that CFL Cargo was in charge of this. Not DB Schenker Scandinavia. DB Schenker closed down the majority of domestic freight lines in Denmark after they bought DSB Gods - because those domestic lines were not making any high profit. The only thing they keep is the high profit transit from Germany to Sweden. Only very few domestic freight lines survived under DB-Schenker, such as the Carlsberg beer train from Hoeje Taastrup near Copenhagen to Fredericia.

Enercon also started with their own railroad company when DB Railion (now DB Schenker) wanted to close the branch line which connects the Enercon plant with the railroad network. Enercon bought this line and leased a locomotive. That's the story.

Wherever they are, DB Schenker make themselves unpopular by concentrating on high-profit services and neglecting all others.

Obviously, Enercon's railroad company e.g.o.o. (Eisenbahngesellschaft Ostfriesland-Oldenburg) has some more locomotives, meanwhile. Here's one pulling the tower of a wind energy plant:
