New NA car models

Postby ConducTTor » Sun Jun 09, 2013 5:31 pm

Hey gang, I'm collaborating with Smoky Mountain Model Works to produce new car kits.

We're going to do two models initially and depending on how it goes there may or may not be more.

The first model will be the Waffle Sided boxcar.

The question is what the second car will be so please participate in the provided poll. The model will be post steam era. We'll be looking at something that was made in mass quantities and belonged to multiple railroads.

Please no questions about prices or level of detail or anything else.

Well, actually it was how many icons fit across the first row when I kept clicking!
(And don't tell my wife, but it might be that many I order!)

Just 17 votes? Ok. I guess those 17 people get to decide for everyone. Democracy at work.

Just give it a couple more days. I'm sure there is more people that like the reefer. They probably just forgot to vote.

I voted for an hopper, but for an USRA 55 ton version. If this is an invalid choice, please ignore my vote!
I need nothing newer than steam era-built cars, sorry.

[edit]

To be more explicit, steam era includes also the transition era until the late 1950's. So I would buy an AAR 52'-6'' gondola or a more modern clone, too. :!:
