Not axactly. The common pole of the pushbuttons is the minus (GND) of the power supply, i.e the LEDs should be turned with cathode to the ground. Is better to use two resistors ( one of each LED). For AC powering you have to add a diode in series with the common cathode of the LED towards a ground. Practically you have to mirror your drawing ( cathode of the LEDs shows toward right side).
