Modist excavators- what's the actual make?

Modist excavators- what's the actual make?

Postby Rich B » Wed Dec 17, 2014 4:11 am

I found these on ebay- they look quite useful. Unfortunately the seller doesn't post to the UK. Looking at the image, they have Japanese transfers, and so presumably are available under another brand. Does the board have any suggestions?

So they're closer to N scale but Modist was selling them as TT? That's shady.

They are not close to N, they are exactly N. Japanese N is 1/150.

Or a bit small, even. British N is 1:148.

Some Japanese toys/models, declared as 1:150, can work good for TT.

Thanks for your help guys :)

I found a Tomy front loader which is marked as 1:110 scale, so I've bought that, though it is a rather chunky toy.
