Model Train Exhibition - Puyallup, WA 2012/14-16

All,

I'm living in the greater Seattle area and plan to attend the Model Train Exhibition - Puyallup, WA 2012/14-16 with my TT layout and rolling stock.
I’m planning to show my entire layout, which is not fully completed yet, with running trains. I will also show some Japanese narrow gauge TT Scale (TT-9) as well as new and vintage US railroad models in TT.
If it is OK with them, then I would work live on the layout to enhance the landscape and city structure models over the course of the two exhibition days to allow a lot of knowledge transfer and interaction with the visitors and other exhibitors.
You might have seen part of my layout in the TT-Club magazine, but attached two articles for all who have not a chance yet.

Would someone be interested in joining me from Friday till Sunday?

Enrico.

Enrico, the date you give for the show doesn't make sense. 2012 14-16. What month? The days don't match a weekend in October or November. I can't find information about the show.

Here are a couple of Japanese and US models I will run on the layout or an oval on an extra table.
I will take my German selection of standard as well as rare models with me as well, to demonstrate how real and alive our scale still is!

It would be a long drive (four hours or so with the border) and I could only be there Sunday (about 10 AM arrival) but I might be interested. Will have to wait until closer to the event.

It got the motor and the power trucks in the tender, the DCC decoder, speaker and smoke unit in the front. We made the tender light working as well.

Hi Bill,

you are very welcome, even if it just on Sunday! Would be awesome if you could get some of your models with you.

Very impressive collection. I remember reading those articles (well, looking at the pictures since I don't speak German). I might like to come too. What kind of notice do you need? It being the holiday season, things tend to come up short notice. Depending on how things work out I might want to do some sales. Is it possible to organize a shared space or least be next to each other (if you are not opposed, of course)?

No, why not! Would be great to have a little TT community there. And I might buy the one or the other thing from you as well... We could also use my layout and test oval to test run some of your models before/during sale...
