Lionel dummy diesels/Hudson

Lionel dummy diesels/Hudson

Hi, all:
I am wondering if TTers are interested in buying Lionel Diesels- the display series called "Big rugged Trains" ?
I did not want to try to analyze pages and pages of the sale/trade section on this site! Also same question on the Hudson display loco (I have one). I have a (still new) diesel power kit from Elmer McKay that is for the F3. I have several F3s and several GP-9s, all still with original packaging. I would like opinions: Would I be better to assemble the power kit into one of the F3s, or offer to sell the power kit separately. I think I had rather advertise on this site than the 'bay. Thanks for any advice!

I am definitely interested in both the Lionel models, and the power kit.

I'd prefer the assembled locomotive

Here is a copy of the original install instructions for the PVM (Elmer McKay) F3 power chassis...
which used Tillig diesel truck components.

As Elmer is no longer in the TT business... I lined-out the portions of the document that referred directly to PVM services.
