To LVG1 and everybody interested in this train: I 've found some of my photos that I took in Berlin in 2002. I've captured this beauty from different angles. I even went and crossed on the bridge onto the other side (it took a while). I don't remember if I took any photos from the top. I'll dig in some more. Like I said before, these picture were taken at Berlin-Lichtenberg. I apologise about the last photo, that electric would not move.

Much more elegant machine in my opinion than its West German counterpart (the TEE).

Elegant is the word, but I really like the TEE and wish there were a TT TEE. And thanks for the photos. One in particular from LVG1 will look nice on the computer desktop screen.

To dileTTante: I agree! Let's wait and see who will release the TEE version in TT. Maybe ROCO, more likely KRES. Just guessing!

Just found a web site! (www.myvideo.de) It's a video showing a lot of photos about this beauty.

Already in the 1980ies there was a little firm in Horn-Bad Meinberg that made resin castings of various TT vehicles. They also made some of the TEE trains. Additionally to these castings you need chassis of V200 (West) and some 4-axle passenger cars to make a train-set. Rebuilding instructions were published in an early issue of "TT-Kurier".

Hi, the black painted model is a very very limited version from Kres to ttexclusiv (http://ttexclusiv.de/club.html).
I've seen two models in the last four jears at ebay. The first was the prototype by Kres without the engine/gearing and the electronic. It costs more than the normal version from Kres. The second was one of the limited models from tt-exclusiv. It costs even more.

Greetings Tim
